Apart from the design-building with own concrete technology - PrīmX, building PrīmX jointless floors or executing structural concrete works with own system, we can also execute traditional concrete designs, yet taking special care about the concrete and quality control.
Jointless steel fibre reinforced floor systems can be made with up to 40*40-meters bays and will feature a steel reinforced joint arris.
Jointless floors still exhibit shrinkage, so we have experienced dominant joint openings of up to 20 mm, some curling and usually some cracking even with advanced concrete production methods.
- Jointed Steel Fibre Reinforced Floors have joints every 6 meters and also some curling and cracking.
- Jointed mesh reinforced floors have joints every 6 meters and will experience some cracking and curling.
- These floors can be made on the ground or on piles.
We produce these systems using the most advanced production techniques and equipment, using advanced concrete, and to ensure the best possible quality.
