The industry doesn’t move forward on systems alone. It moves forward on people who choose to keep learning after they already have every excuse not to.
Five graduates. Two universities.
One shared commitment to keep mastering their craft.
This June, Ričards Štrauss and Nauris Vītoliņš earned their professional Master’s degrees in Construction (Mg. sc. ing.) at Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies (LBTU), while Kristaps Bivbāns, Kristaps Citlavs, and Rihards Hāns graduated from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University), RTU BMF/ RTU FCME with the same distinction.
Late evenings after work. Weekends shaped by deadlines, not rest. Balancing engineering practice with academic demands is never a given it is a deliberate choice.
No achievement like this is ever earned alone. It’s shared with families, mentors, colleagues, and universities. Congratulations. Well earned.
